Dr. Lindsay Roberts is a Senior Research Manager at MMR Strategy Group. Her expertise includes using survey research to explore attitudes and behaviors, with a particular focus on media communication and gender, including how gender is presented in mass media aimed at adolescents and children.
Prior to joining MMR, Lindsay was a fellow at the Center for Scholars and Storytellers at the University of California at Los Angeles, supervised a research team at the Media Lab at the University of California at Davis, and spent four years as a principal researcher and instructor at the University of California at Davis.
Lindsay defended her doctorate in Communication at the University of California at Davis in 2023. She has also earned an MA and a BA in Communication. Her research has been published in Psychology of Men and Masculinities, Mass Communication & Society, and The Journal of Sex Research, has presented at twelve national and international conferences, and has been included in three textbooks.
