MMR Strategy Group is expanding again! We are proud to welcome our new Vice President, Dr. Alice Chan, who has more than 20 years of experience in quantitative market and marketing research.
Dr. Chan comes to MMR after a career helping companies thrive by understanding consumer beliefs and attitudes. Her research has helped clients make smart decisions about market development, segmentation, acquisition and retention of products, brands, and customers, and messaging. As a consultant, Dr. Chan has helped deliver insights for clients in corporate product management, marketing, and customer success, as well as regional and local government. As Vice President of Strategy and Market Intelligence at Omnicell, Inc., a healthcare technology company, Dr. Chan designed and oversaw all of the company’s research efforts, which led to significant increases in the company’s market share and a significant expansion in its product portfolio.
Dr. Chan’s PhD and MA are in communications, with an emphasis on quantitative research. She has taught communications and entrepreneurship at Cornell University. Welcome, Dr. Chan!
