MMR Strategy Group welcomes our new Senior Research Manager, Dr. Samantha Kellar. Dr. Kellar is an experienced survey researcher whose work centers around diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) at large organizations.
Prior to joining MMR, Dr. Kellar earned her PhD in Management & Organizations at the University of California, Los Angeles. Her dissertation focuses on employees’ perceptions of diversity, equity, and inclusion in organizations. During her PhD studies, she consulted on DEI initiatives for the transit company Transdev North America and the nonprofit The Stereotype Project Foundation, which works to understand and change stereotypes in the media. Before beginning her PhD, she managed research projects for faculty and staff at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
Dr. Kellar brings experience with hundreds of surveys, as well as qualitative research, to MMR Strategy Group. Welcome!
